About Us
The Caple family, Lynn, Karen, and Daniel, are long-time proprietors of a successful catering operation, Coventry Catering. From its base in the Hotel Coolidge in historic White River Junction, Vermont, Coventry handles all of the hotel’s conference business, along with private off-site events ranging from in-home catering for families to celebrations of 500 or more.
As part of the White River Junction village community, the Caples saw the need for a restaurant alternative that complements the spirited character of the village and the surrounding area, and fits with the busy lifestyles of Upper Valley folk. The perfect space was available right in the heart of the village, and the Junction House Buffet was born.
