The Junction House is offering the cool bluesy music of Mark Vogel on Fridays and Gerry Grimo on Saturdays to accompany a brand new dinner menu of sizzling BBQ; ribs, chicken, pulled pork sandwich. Add a glass of beer which goes down very smoothly as these gentlemen shmooze you with their own inimitable stylings. We call it Barbecue and the Blues - come see us!

We are excited to annouce the latest addition to our fine offerings - beer and wine. Domestic beer is $4.00 and wine by the glass is $4.50. Now the meal will have just the compliment it needed. Over time we will be growing our selection, and be very interested in your preferences. Soon we will also be pairing beverages with our food and will offer those special beers and wines as they apply.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday a lunch buffet is offered featuring an extensive salad bar, sandwiches, soups and a variety of hot items, such as hearty casseroles like Shepherd’s Pie and Macaroni & Cheese. The Junction House Buffet opened Monday, June 9, 2008. Located in the heart of downtown White River Junction, in the historic Hotel Coolidge Building, this new restaurant promises all-you-can-eat homestyle favorites with a unique twist. “The idea of a buffet is lots of choices and no waiting,” says proprietor Lynn Caple, “But we’re taking it to another level by featuring fun, local recipes and emphasizing freshness,” he adds. Unlike most buffet-style restaurants, the Junction House has an atmosphere more typical of a trendy, neighborhood eatery. Fun touches to its offerings include a build-your-own cereal buffet for breakfast and a tempting, but not overwhelming! mini-dessert cart

The Junction House Buffet will serve lunch Monday through Friday and dinner Friay and Saturday with a brunch buffet on Sundays. The Caple family, including Lynn, wife Karen, and son Daniel, are long-time proprietors of a successful catering operation, Coventry Catering, also based in White River Junction.
